Mike Ciucci - Owner

Ever since Mike Ciucci was eight years old, he has been a resident of Charleston, SC. A childhood of playing in the creeks, fishing the local waters, swimming and surfing wasn’t a bad start for someone who was destined to be one of Charleston’s top Realtors®. Even today, when he’s not working, Mike can be found shucking oysters at local oyster roasts or enjoying time with his family on the beaches near James Island, where he now lives.

Mike attended Bishop England High School on the Peninsula in Downtown Charleston, and then off to college graduating with a Bachelor of Science. He then completed further education in Palm Beach FL where he studied computer science and the Internet with an eye to programming, web design, and Internet marketing. Charleston called Mike back post education.

When he is not showing people the beautiful Charleston real estate market, Mike enjoys spending time with his family outdoors. He, his wife Melora and their two children are often busy boating, fishing, swimming and surfing in the Charleston area.

Mike currently holds a position on the Advisory Committee Board for Carolina One Real Estate's corporate office for 2011, as well as the Advisory Committee for the West Islands location in '09, '10, and 2011.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for his neighborhood.

Joy Lance, Realtor, is native to the Mount Pleasant South Carolina area. Joy started her own professional business in 2003 in Mount Pleasant, Fitness Now. Suzy Torres and her husband Joe transfered to Charleston South Carolina over 5 years ago from Cleveland Ohio. Charleston is now where they call home with their 2 children Lexi, Lynn, and Tristan Jacob.
