Condos for sale on Folly Beach, SC

It’s that time of year again to begin making weekend excursions to Folly Beach.  It also happens to be the time of year where we see increased activity for condo purchases on Folly Beach.  I’d like to point out the different condo communities, in case anyone wanted to know each communities distance to the ocean, and what each condo community offers.

For a list of all the condos for sale on folly beach, please visit: Folly Beach condos for sale.  For each condo community, I’d like to talk briefly about the following 5 main condo communities on Folly Beach:

Pavilion Watch- These condos are located on Folly Beach.  Grab your towel, and you’re at the beach in 30 seconds.  These are located on Arctic Ave, just across the street from the Holiday Inn.  These are in a great location and have a swimming pool as well.  These condos have ocean views and wonderful ocean breezes from your balcony.  Condos here begin in the low 500’s and can go up to the upper 600’s.

Mariners Cay- These condos are located across the Folly River from Folly Beach, and are a short walk or bike ride to the Atlantic Ocean.  These condos are pretty popular, are a gated community, and have a swimming pool.  Prices typically begin in the 250K range and up to the 500’s.  There is also an opportunity to purchase boat slips here as well.  Some of the best views of the Folly River are seen here.

Marsh Winds- These condominiums are on the right-hand side as you drive towards Folly Beach.  They are also on the other side of the Folly River from the beach, and are a short walk or bike ride to the beach.  Close to the public boat landing.  These condos typically start in the low 200’s and get up into the 300’s.

Turn of River- These condos are across the river from the beach as well.  Elevator, great views, community pool, boat slips and dock.  These condos have exceptional views of the Folly River and expansive marsh views.  These condos start in the 100’s and get into the 400’s.

Pelican Pointe Villas- These are named luxury condos located right off of Folly Rd, across from the Piggly Wiggly.  These are located on Folly, but are too far from the beach to walk and likely a longer bike ride.  These condos have a swimming pool and plenty of parking.  These might be a good idea for someone wanting to be close to the beach, but still wanting to be close to town.  These begin in the low 200’s, and get up into the high 300’s.
