When was the last time you saw a waterfront residence on the Intracoastal Waterway where you didn’t need flood insurance? Well this is certainly the exception. I saw this deepwater property yesterday and felt compelled enough to share it with all of you.
For those of you that know a little bit about location on James Island, this condo community is called Waterfront Plantation and is located right off of Maybank Highway along the ICW (Intracoastal Waterway). For all of you buyers out there that are out of state, this blog is for you. It seems the two most popular places to live outside of historic downtown Charleston are Mt. Pleasant and James Island. Basically, the two areas are similar in distance to downtown and the beaches, with each having similarities and each having their own differences.
