Mariners Cay Condos - Folly Beach, SC

Mariners Cay condos on Folly Beach are a great option.  Mariners Cay is located across the Folly River, within walking and biking distance to the beach.  It is a gated community for privacy, and it's not one of those gates that stays open all of the time...it is always closed and it offers privacy and security.  Mariners Cay has a swimming pool and tennis courts, lagoons, a clubhouse, and private full service marina which offers: laundry, bath and showers, city water, power hookups, private entry from the pier to the docks, and a well equipped ship store.  Boat slips are available starting in the $60's.

The condos at Mariners Cay are situated where almost all have a view of the vast marshes, tidal creeks, and/or Folly River.  They are built in the 80's, and many have been updated, renovated, or upgraded.  The marina has been completely renovated in 2006.

Condos for sale in Mariners Cay typically begin in the mid $200's for the 2 bedroom condos, and get up to the mid $400's for very nice 3 bedroom condos.  Square footage is anywhere between 1,000 and 1,500 square feet.
