Lighthouse Point Real Estate - James Island, SC

Lighthouse Point is a neighborhood on James Island made up of mostly brick ranch homes built in the 60's. Newer homes can be found towards the rear of Lighthouse Point, where larger homes exist- some being on tidal creek or larger water. There are no covenants and restrictions to the neighborhood and no formal homeowners association, so no fees to be concerned with. Homes here typically start in the high 100's or early 200's and can get into the 800's or greater towards the back of the neighborhood on water.

A lot of first time homebuyers find Lighthouse Point very appealing due to the affordability of the neighborhood. Investors also are found purchasing a 60's style home in the neighborhood, fixing and upgrading, thus increasing the home values for the neighborhood.
