Mike was the best guide to have in this process and did everything in his power to quickly find us a house we loved for our eminently growing family. We had the pleasure of working with Mike Ciucci to find, make offer, negotiate and close on a house in Charleston/Mt Pleasant, SC.  Mike very helpfully showed us a number of houses that really got us to nail down what we were looking for, as we were trying to define downsizing, convenience, amenities, price, etc. that were a best fit for us.
Through those efforts we were able to  hone in on and make a quick yes or no answer to various properties as they came on the market, which helped to speed up our search.  The sellers of the property we bought in Dunes West were dealing with a number of serious personal health issues, including threat of Covid-19, which made viewing the property, finalizing the contract, scheduling home inspection, repairs, etc  exceptionally complicated.  Mike very adeptly navigated all the hurdles and helped all the parties involved through the process in a cordial and positive manner, which I am certain helped tremendously in obtaining agreement on final negotiations and moving us to closing successfully, including three issue-driven delays.  Mike was a great resource to us in educating us through the real estate buying process in the Charleston/Mt Pleasant SC area, and in keeping us calm and patient throughout the process.  Mike's recommendations on who to work with for everything from mortgage, home inspection, home warranty, etc all proved to be greatly beneficial.  We would highly recommend Mike to you so you too may have as rewarding an outcome as we enjoying!
