Well, we’re halfway through May here in Charleston, SC and there’s still plenty to do. Look around and you'll see abundant signs of home improvement projects underway - from room repairs to gardening. What a great house! Owner has just updated entire home. New HVAC, fresh paint inside and out, refinished floors, and re-glazed tubs. If you weren’t already aware, Charleston, SC is one of the best cities in the U.S. I have been boasting about this for years, but now I have some facts from some of the readers from various magazines to back it up.
With all the talk about the economy, the weakening dollar, and home values plummeting, you’d think the sky is falling. Never mind that our local real estate market here in Charleston is on the rise! Home sales are up for existing homes, as well as new construction in Charleston. Market activity has increased. Sales have increased. I have been very busy lately, and my entire office is excited. It’s infectious!
